Water treatment in modern industrial production is a common problem. With the development of the economy and the continuous deepening of industrial production, industrial-scale processing has received more and more attention from manufacturers.
Because if the scale is not treated in time, it is easy to cause damage to industrial production equipment, which will affect the normal production schedule and cause losses. In order to prevent the occurrence of scale inhibitors, scale inhibitors are one of the most effective water treatment chemicals. The scale inhibitor forms a double layer on the surface of the particles during the adsorption process. The new electric double layer changes the state of charge. The principle of mutual exclusion of the same charge is stably dispersed in the solution. Similarities between HEDP and ATMP Both belong to organic phosphorus scale inhibitors, mainly used for scaling and corrosion inhibition of circulating water. It is chemically stable in water and difficult to hydrolyze. They are useful as metal ion chelating agents and metal surface treatment agents. The liquids are all transparent liquids, colorless or light yellow, and the solids are all white crystals. Both show acidity and pay attention to labor protection during operation. Differences between HEDP and ATMP When the water treatment agent exerts scale and corrosion inhibition, the water treatment agent molecules prevent the normal growth of CaCO3 crystals by adsorption. The stabilizing energy released during the adsorption of the water treatment agent molecules can represent a trend in the reaction. Compared with HEDP, ATMP has more space matching points and more energy. HEDP has fewer matching points. However, HEDP has been found to have large adsorption stability, and the absolute value reaches a maximum value of 2211865 eV, which fully demonstrates HEDP energy. The adsorption with calcium carbonate crystals is stronger, but the adsorption sites are less. The results of the metastable zone measurement show that HEDP is more suitable for use at low calcium ion concentrations. And stronger adsorption enables HEDP to prevent crystal growth better than ATMP. When the solution is present, the calcium in the metastable zone increases with the concentration to reach 61005 mmol/L. The metastable zone indicates that the antifouling performance of ATMP is greater than that of HEDP. It proves that ATMP has a higher effective point and more stable energy, and can effectively inhibit scale.
